Program Coordination
What i can offer you
Do you find yourself too busy in the winter time focusing on your concert groups? Do you find the next Fall season creeping up on you faster than expected? Are you tired of having to worry about creating a cool show that your performers will enjoy, fans will clap for, and judges will stop talking for? I can take some of that burden off your shoulders and help coordinate your full program. I have a close group of designers at Dynamic Designs that work year round together doing just this! If you already have a team of music designers, I am perfectly comfortable helping steer the conversation within any group of designers. Whether you need a person to bounce ideas off of, or you don’t want to even think about the design process except to approve of moments and ideas, I can help you.
PRIcing
This service is the most inclusive service that I offer. Not only will I be responsible for planning the design, I will also monitor the process of the show design very closely. Once the show is designed and you have the final product, I will also commit to coming out in person and helping you with crafting the show throughout the season. The price range varies the greatest in this service depending on what you would like help with.
What you will receive
Every program coordination client of mine will receive multiple outlined “show plans” of the program. This will be a single place that all the designers can come together and understand the WHAT, HOW, WHEN, and WHY; for each moment of the show. Once you give the final OK on a specific “show plan”, I will begin the process of setting dates and deadlines for certain aspects of the show that will ultimately ensure you receive your product ON-TIME! As with the other services, you will also receive my personal contact information in which I will be readily available throughout the season to answer any questions or concerns. On top of the design services, I will also make sure to travel out to your group in person to help sculpt and craft each moment so as to ensure the ensemble is getting the desired effect.
